Extended information

The latest in my growing set of hand-doodled Roman fonts is almost a blend between Apple Butter and "Phaeton John;" it's particularly similar to the latter when you use the caps. It's a step beyond those, though, in terms of how I constructed it, building it from hand-drawn masters as usual but also doing a lot more adjustment to it in early vector stages before taking it to raster and back again (if none of that makes sense, don't worry; I barely get it myself).

In 2005, with the release of "Heirany Bold-Marker" I promised I'd eventually do some lighter-weight versions of Heirany. It took me a while to get around to it (it always does - sigh) but here we finally go :)

This is another member of my growing set of hand-doodled Roman fonts, emphasizing a casual kind of goofy warmth. If you enjoy this font, look for its relatives, especially Heirany Bold-Marker, Apple Butter, and Phaeton John. All are full-keyboard sets, with one or two extras.

The latest in my growing set of hand-doodled Roman fonts is almost a blend between Apple Butter and Phaeton John; its particularly similar to the latter when you use the caps. Its a step beyond those, though, in terms of how I constructed it, building it from hand-drawn masters as usual but also doing a lot more adjustment to it in early vector stages before taking it to raster and back again (if none of that makes sense, dont worry; I barely get it myself). Ill be doing some lighter weights of Heirany at some point, too, but this heavy marker version is the most useful standalone version for display use, I think. At any rate, its a full-keyboard set and ready to go. Enjoy!
