DEMO FONTS EULA (END USER LEGAL AGREEMENT)
THIS IS A LEGAL AGREEMENT. The Terms of this Font Licence Agreement (Agreement) will apply between Heypentype
Foundry (Heypentype) and You (You, Your, Yours) if You download and use any of Heypentype�s Demo Font Software.
This Demo fonts software distributed as is at free fonts site.

1. Permitted Use
Trial Fonts may be used for testing purpose only. This includes for your clients presentations. Any professional
or consumer facing project require the purchae of a standard license. If the font will be transmitted or used by a client,
the client must purchase an appropriate license.
2. Modification.
You must not modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, alter or otherwise attempt to discover
the source code of the THIS Fonts or the designs embodied therein.
3. Ownership And Right Reserved.
By entering into this Agreement, You acknowledge Heypentype�s retains full ownership of THIS Fonts, and all
intellectual property rights, including copyright, relating to THIS Fonts. This Agreement grants You a limited right
to use the THIS Fonts as per the permitted uses only. The Font Software and the designs embodied therein are the
exclusive property of Heypentype Foundry. This non-exclusive, revocable licence grants you certain limited rights to
use the font software only, no permanent or ownership rights are granted as a part of this contract herein.
4. Derivative Works
Any derivate works created by you which use or are based upon the font software and/or the designs of the fonts,
including, but not limited to, software or other electronic works, are considered derivative works. Any such derivative
works are the exclusive property of Heypentype Foundry and shall be subject to the terms and conditions of this
licence. Derivative works may not be sublicensed, sold, leased, rented, loaned, or given away without the express
written permission of Heypentype. Heypentype�s shall not be responsible for or required to support unauthorized,
modified and/or regenerated software or derivative works. You are permitted to convert the Fonts to outline or bitmap
images for the purposes of publishing electronic documents.
This means that you cannot create other fonts based on our fonts. You also cannot sell or rent modified versions of
our fonts.
