Extended information

Basic is a low contrast san serif text face. Basic mixes familiar forms with a hint of novelty. It is is easy to read and is slightly elegant. Basic can be used from small sizes to larger display settings. Source files are available from github.com/EbenSorkin/Basic.

Updated August 2014: Sorkin Type Co extended the character set and improved the hinting.

This file provides detailed information on the Basic font Software.
This information should be distributed along with the Basic font
and any derivative works.

Basic Font Information

Basic is a Unicode typeface family that supports languages that
use the Latin script and its variants, and could be expanded to
support other scripts.

More specifically, this release supports the following glyph
ranges: Latin-1, Latin-2, Turkish, Windows Baltic, Macintosh Character Set.

Windows WGL support is expected to be added in time.
